How do I remove user access to Data Tools?

You can delete or disable a user account in Data Tools. If your transit agency is using SSO Logins, an administrator at your agency can remove the user from the access group. If you are using Data Tools logins and passwords separate from SSO, a Data Tools administrator from Fleetwatch or from your transit agency can delete or disable a user account.

If you are not using SSO, log into Data Tools with your username and password.

Locate the user you wish to edit, click their name on the list, and click the edit icon.

Click the Delete icon to delete the user account. Click yes to the confirmation box.

If you'd rather disable an account for any reason instead of deleting, you can set the permissions to No Access for all Program Section Permissions:
