      How do I turn on/off the FT*.txt file for the Veeder Root tank level FT closeout file?

      Fleetwatch can output daily files for your EAM system. The daily files are ASCII/text files and are named FTccmmdd.TXT where cc is the 2-digit division code, mm is the 2-digit month number, dd is the 2-digit day of the month number. Each file can have the following three record fields (user settable). All data fields are leading space stuffed.

      To enable (or disable) the FT files:

      1. Go to Setup

      2. Go to Tank Monitor

      3. Click on the tank monitor to edit

      4. Click Edit

      5. Enable (or disable) the Use Dated File Names option

      6. Choose the closeout format

      7. Save
