      What is an FR55 or FR200?

      FR Fixed Reader or Fixed Receiver

      The FR55 and FR200 are types of fixed readers or receivers, commonly installed in fuel lanes. However, they can also be found at battery electric bus (BEB) charging stations, entry gates, and maintenance areas. Their primary function is to read data from Fleetwatch data logger modules that are integrated into various vehicles, including buses, para-transit vehicles, non-revenue vehicles, trolleys, trains, and others.
