Why does the new user not see any reports available in Data Tools 4?

select 10 from the Report Permissions for a user to see reports

By default, a new user does not have permissions to see reports. . When setting up a new user, or to fix one you recently added, edit the user, then select the 10 from the Report Permissions, and Save changes. The user will have now have access to reports.
