Why is my closeout file not transferring?

You can identify an issue with the closeout transfer if the closeout file(s) remain in the Working Files directory after the designated closeout time. This directory is intended as a temporary holding area and should typically be empty, except for a brief period—no more than one or two minutes—immediately following the closeout.

If you find that your closeout file is not transferring to the network drive following a restart of the on-premises server, try restarting both System Monitor and Messaging Manager. In some cases, you may need to restart Messaging Manager a second time after you have restarted both System Monitor and Messaging Manager.
